Identifying the aspects that exert value to participants at the end of a training day, by using three key perspectives
Description
Participants discuss and share with their team mates the most valuable aspects they discovered during the training session/day, in terms of: validation, clarification, novelty. The differences or similarities in perspective can also be of value to the group. Let the exploration and acknowledgement begin!
Flow
Introduction
- Introduce the activity to the participants, provide the Colltrain link and split into teams.
- Encourage the teams to share openly their point of view, regardless of the ideas that might repeat.
Work
- Each team discusses and writes down on sticky notes the takeaways from the training session using the 3 perspectives: validation, clarification, and novelty.
- The discussion is private, within the breakout rooms, whereas the notes are visible to the entire group, as the Colltrain board is shared by all.
- Each team will present their ideas within the big group.
